Evan is an experienced litigator who has been representing individuals and businesses throughout the Lowcountry since 2007. Evan’s practice consists of trial and transactional matters primarily in the areas of business, construction, association law, estate planning and probate, and personal injury.
Since 2013, Evan has held an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest rating a lawyer can receive and is only awarded to attorneys deemed by their peers to exhibit the highest legal ability and ethical standards.
Evan is active in the local community. He currently serves as the President of the Beaufort County Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. Evan was selected by the Chamber to be a member of Leadership Bluffton, Class of 2016.
Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina, Evan and his wife, Amy, live in Bluffton with their son, Sam, and dogs, Murphy and Pearl. The Bromleys are members of Live Oak Christian Church.

Michelle serves as our Office Administrator. Michelle and her husband, Scot, formerly owned and operated a local HVAC company. Evan was able to coax Michelle out of retirement to help keep the office straight and make sure all the trains run on time.
Helen is a Litigation Paralegal. Helen has significant experience working for law firms in Savannah and Beaufort County practicing in the areas of business litigation, personal injury and probate.
